STRUCTURAL DEFIANCE

Heavy-Duty #5 Steel Shells

Waterfront soils are prone to shifting and expansion due to tidal changes. Standard pools use thin #3 or #4 rebar, which can crack under coastal stress. We build our waterfront pool frames using thick half-inch #5 structural steel rebar placed in a tight 12x12 double grid pattern. This creates a rigid structural cage that resists soil shifting and protects your pool's concrete shell.

UNDER-SHELL PRESSURE

Brady Valves & Dead Head Drains

High tides and heavy rains push groundwater upward against your pool floor. We install a dynamic hydrostatic relief system, featuring a brass 'Brady valve' connected to a dewatering line directly beneath the pool shell. This allows groundwater to be pumped out from under the pool before any service or emptying, eliminating the hydrostatic lift forces that damage concrete shells.
