Erik's Core Lesson: Never Drain Your Pool
"A lot of homeowners think draining a pool before a storm protects it. In Florida, high water tables create massive underground hydrostatic pressure. Draining the pool removes the weight keeping it anchored, popping the entire concrete shell right out of the ground. Always keep your pool filled during storm season."
